Basic Obedience Course – Taught in English

Teaching everyday life skills is one of the most important things you can do to create a smooth and stress-free life with your dog. Situations like leash walking, passing other dogs, or coming when called can sometimes be challenging – but with the right guidance and small steps, they can become calm and successful moments for both ends of the leash. And the best part? Training these skills can be a lot of fun when you know where to start and how to progress with your own dog.

Our Basic Obedience Course offers expert guidance and practical tools to help strengthen your dog’s everyday skills and teach you how to train new behaviors effectively. During the course, we’ll focus on:

• Core skills like reward-based training and building attention and focus – the foundation for everything else

• Leash walking, so your walks can be more enjoyable for both you and your dog

• Recall, so your dog comes back to you happily and reliably

You’ll also learn how to use rewards effectively – what to reward, when, and how – to keep your training moving forward. Every exercise is tailored to each dog-and-handler pair, and our training approach is based on the latest science in dog behavior and learning.

This course is suitable for all dogs over 5 months of age and their humans – no previous training experience needed!
The course is held indoors, with occasional practice outdoors (weather permitting).
Duration: 4 weeks, one session per week.

We use visual dividers between dogs to create a calm and focused training environment. The course fee is per dog, and the whole family is welcome to join.
